Are you a licensed bakery?
Yes! Though we are a home-bakery, we are fully licensed by the Ohio Department of Agriculture. We operate in a pet-free, smoke-free environment.
Do you serve gluten-free products?
Yes, we offer gluten-free cakes/cupcakes, gluten-free sugar cookies, and gluten-free chocolate Oreos. However, our allergen-free items are made in the same kitchen and with the same utensils/bowls that we would normally use for our regular items. While we clean everything very thoroughly before each use, Cleveland Sweets cannot be held responsible for any allergies while consuming our goods.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, gift certificates can be purchased at a $15, $25, or other quantity of your choice.
Do you deliver?
Delivery is on a case by case basis depending on our availability, hours, and location for delivery, and may be subject to a charge. We are located in North Ridgeville, Ohio. Pickup options are available.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Everyday orders should be placed at ;east 7 days in advance or as soon as you know the date of your event, with larger orders and weddings at least one to two months in advance. Last minute orders may be accommodated on a case by case basis, and are subject to a rush fee based on the order.
Do you make cakes with licensed characters?
Due to copyright laws, Cleveland Sweets is unable to replicate a licensed image (ie: Disney characters, super heroes, etc.). We can, however, create a beautiful cake for you with a figurine or action figure toy.
